The Master-Slave Platform
At the heart of the system is the master module, which controls the device and communicates with the host system. Specialised slave modules - connected by a shared bus (e.g. RS-485) — handle specific functions: access control, weight measurement, position sensing or LED signalling. Components with particular requirements, such as high-power motor drives, can be handled by the master directly - we match the topology to the task, not the other way round.
Every module is designed for the specific deployment, yet built on a shared, proven architecture: an established communication protocol, diagnostics and test procedures. Configuration takes place the moment a module is connected, so assembly and servicing come down to plugging it in.

Case Studies
Vending machine electronics - a Master-Slave platform deployment
The largest deployment of our platform: a family of control modules for a manufacturer of dispensing machines. Several variants of the master module, differing in how they drive the motor and in power consumption, together with a set of execution modules responsible for access, positioning and signalling.
Modules are selected to suit each individual machine - a single set of components yields machines of different designs and dispensing methods, in configurations matched to the number, size and type of compartments. The manufacturer assembles the machine from ready modules instead of commissioning separate electronics for every device variant.
Alongside the modules we also supply pre-assembled bus cable harnesses, made to fit specific machine types - a complete kit ready for assembly on the production line.
For this project we built a dedicated station for automatic programming and testing of every board before shipment.
Automatic tab inserter for printing presses
The device takes pulses directly from the press counter, precisely counts a set number of sheets, and automatically inserts a tab - in sync with the printing process.
Its modular design allows seamless integration with offset presses, die cutters, guillotines, and envelope machines from Heidelberg, KBA, Roland, Komori, Shinohara, Bobst, Ryobi, and others.
