Case Studies

Electronics for vending machines

A complete electronics system developed for the vending machine industry.

The project covers three types of PCB, currently maintained across seven hardware versions, along with the wiring. The individual modules work together in different configurations, tailored to the requirements of specific machine types.

For this project we built a dedicated device for programming and testing the boards, ensuring consistent product quality and streamlining the production process.

Automatic tab inserter for printing presses

The device takes pulses directly from the press counter, precisely counts a set number of sheets, and automatically inserts a tab - in sync with the printing process.

Its modular design allows seamless integration with offset presses, die cutters, guillotines, and envelope machines from Heidelberg, KBA, Roland, Komori, Shinohara, Bobst, Ryobi, and others.
